Acrobatics/Hand Vaulting/Hand to Hand (HH)

Featuring a trio of advanced acrobatic acts: hand to hand, hand vaulting, and adagio. Ages 10–21. See Acrobatics Skills chart for definition of skill levels.

Acro-Hand Balance (BAL)

Intermediate

Hypnotic, controlled partner work wherein students learn to skillfully manipulate their bodies into progressively more complex configurations of 3 and 4 people. Ages 7–21. See Acrobatics Skills chart for definition of skill levels.  See class schedule.

Adagio pose.

Power Track Tumbling (PTT)

Advanced

High voltage acrobatics.  Learn rapid cross-tumbling and high level gymnastics floor skills—circus style.  Ages 10-21.  See class schedule.

Russian Bar (RB)

Acrobatics and balance combined on a single, flexible bar held by two catchers. Currently taught as part of the teeterboard class. Ages 10–21. Interested teen boys please contact coach.

Teeterboard (TB)
