Circus Juventas Presents the 18th Annual Summer Show: “SHOWDOWN”

The following matinee performances are exclusively for school age /summer groups. School matinees are an abridged 75 minute version of our summer production featuring Circus Juventas’ most advanced performers. Shows start promptly at 1:00 p.m. and end between 2:15 - 2:30 p.m. There is a minimum purchase of 25 seats and a maximum of 924 seats available for each show. Circus Juventas will have handicap seating available with advance notice. The concession stand will not be available during the school shows. Show Dates: Thursday, August 2, Wednesday, August 8, Thursday, August 9 and Wednesday, August 15. All shows are at 1:00 p.m. Groups can purchase their reservations directly from Circus Juventas:

Procedure:

  • Applications for the 2012 Production of “SHOWDOWN” will be accepted on Tuesday, February 7, 2012 on a first come first serve basis.
  • Admission is $13.50 per person. Everyone attending the show including teacher/parent chaperones must pay for admission.
  • Completed applications should be submitted via email to Kim Thompson, Assistant to the Executive Director, at: This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it on or after February 7.
  • Incomplete applications will be considered null and void and will have to be resubmitted. Upon resubmission, the application will be considered “new” and the reservation will be assigned in the order in which the application was received.
  • An email will be sent to those who have a reservation by February 15, 2012. The reservation will not be confirmed until payment is made on or before March 5, 2012. An email will be sent to notify you if you are on the wait list. If the application is submitted after February 15, 2012 please assume your organization is on the wait list unless notified differently.
  • Payment must be submitted by check to “Circus Juventas” no later than March 5, 2012. If payment has not been received by the due date your reservation will go to the next school on the wait list.

After payment is received an official confirmation will be sent via email. This confirmation should be brought with the group to the assigned show and used as proof for admittance. Further instructions for parking and bussing will be sent at a later date.
